Event Trainee

As an Event Intern/Trainee, you will work closely with the team and directly under the guidance of the management. This is a hands-on opportunity designed for those who are eager to learn and grow in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members
• Handle on-ground event support and logistics
• Maintain documentation and assist in administrative tasks
• Perform tasks as directed by the reporting manager or company head
• Be available for field work, meetings, and travel if required.

• Fresh graduate or student looking to gain hands-on experience
• Keen to learn all aspects of event management – from the ground up
• Ready to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, punctual, and willing to take direction
• Strong communication and people skills
