**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and companies in the IT sector.
- Reach out to potential employers to discuss available job openings, internships, and trainee positions for students.
- Manage job portals, social media platforms, and internal systems to post and track job opportunities.
- Organize mock interviews, aptitude tests, and skill assessments to prepare students for job placements.
- Guide students on interview etiquette, communication skills, and career choices based on their strengths and interests.
- Organize and manage placement drives, coordinating between companies and students.
- Ensure that logistics and scheduling for placement interviews and assessments run smoothly.
- Maintain records of student placements, interviews attended, and offer letters received.
- Provide regular reports to management on placement statistics, trends, and improvements needed.
- Attend job fairs, industry events, and conferences to network with employers and stay updated on hiring trends in the IT industry.
- Gather feedback from employers regarding the performance of placed students and suggest improvements to training programs.
- Work closely with IT trainers to understand the skill sets of students and align training programs with industry demands.
- Ensure proper documentation of placement agreements, job descriptions, and company requirements.

3. EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT: - Build And Maintain Relationships With Employer, Businesses And Organizations To Understand Their Hiring Needs And Requirements.

4. JOB POSTINGS AND RECRUITMENT: - Post Job Vacancies And Coordinate Recruitment Processes, Including Conducting Interviews And Coordinating Selection Procedures.

6. INTERNSHIP AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES: - Identify And Promote Internship And Training Opportunities For Students And Job Seekers To Gain Practical Experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
