**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Liaising with Employers**:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers, companies, and organizations that may hire students.
- Identify job opportunities relevant to the students' skill sets, such as Full Stack Java, Data Science, Cyber Security, and other courses offered by IANT.
- Regularly update employers on available trained students and their skill levels.

**Organizing Placement Drives**:

- Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
- Coordinate with HR departments of various companies to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth process for both recruiters and students during these events.

**Managing Placement Database**:

- Maintain a database of students eligible for placements, including their academic qualifications, courses completed, skills, and certifications.
- Track placement records and continuously monitor progress.
- Create reports to measure placement success rates and identify areas for improvement.

**Coordination with Academic Departments**:

- Work closely with faculty members and department heads to assess student performance and match them with suitable employers.
- Provide feedback to the academic team about the skill gaps identified by employers to help improve course content.

**Post-Placement Support**:

- Follow up with students post-placement to ensure a smooth transition into their new job roles.
- Maintain contact with alumni and create a network for future job placements or internships.

**Collaboration with External Agencies**:

- Collaborate with recruitment agencies, professional networks, and online job platforms to expand placement opportunities.
- Partner with companies for internship programs, apprenticeships, or co-op placements.

**Handling Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare placement documents, such as offer letters and acceptance forms.
- Ensure all formalities between the institution, students, and employers are completed efficiently.

**Tracking and Meeting Placement Targets**:

- Set placement targets for each batch and work towards achieving them.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of placement strategies and make adjustments as necessary.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and networking abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment processes, and job markets
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds

Education Preferred : BBA / MBA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
