**Job Summary**:
The Placement and Student Coordinator facilitates student internships, placements, and career development activities while building strong relationships with employers, students, and faculty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to secure job and internship opportunities.
- Organize placement drives, career fairs, and workshops.
- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports on outcomes.
- Coordinate with faculty to align placements with academic requirements.
- Collaborate with alumni networks for mentorship and job opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience in student services is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
