**Job Summary**:
The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and securing job opportunities for students of our training center. The role involves traveling to different cities, conducting walk-in visits to companies, and utilizing cold calling and mailing strategies to establish partnerships with potential employers. The main objective is to build relationships with organizations to facilitate job placements for graduates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential employers across different regions for student placement opportunities.
- Meet with HR managers and recruiters, establishing direct connections for placement partnerships.
- Conduct walk-in visits to companies to present student profiles and explore job openings.
- Initiate and manage cold calling and mailing campaigns to introduce the training center’s programs and graduates to potential employers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with organizations, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
- Organize and participate in placement drives, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure placement agreements with companies.
- Track and manage placement opportunities in a database, ensuring ongoing follow up and communication.
- Assist students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and matching skillsets to job roles.
- Attend job fairs and industry events to expand the network of hiring partners.
- Report on placement metrics and provide insights on job market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in client acquisition, business development, or recruitment.
- Willingness to travel frequently and engage in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with the education or training industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
