We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for politics and a knack for strategy to join our Political Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for high-profile political projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.) to boost political outreach.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and short videos, that align with campaign messaging and objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to audience engagement, and ensure consistent political branding.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams for graphics, videos, and ad creatives.
  • Execute paid ad campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize visibility and voter reach.
  • Stay updated on political trends, election cycles, and emerging digital platforms to craft timely and impactful strategies.
  • Perform competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in political campaigns, media agencies, or election management firms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to create engaging, data-driven strategies for audience targeting and outreach.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, political messaging, and voter engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and during critical campaign periods (including weekends or extended hours if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with election campaigns, political PR, or issue-based advocacy.
  • Basic design (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing skills are a plus.
