Key Skills

The ideal candidate must have expertise in performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, along with content and concept creation for campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and PPC campaigns is essential. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads, as well as the latest social media trends and innovations, is required. Familiarity with native ad platforms, analytics tools, and website design and development fundamentals will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Support remarketing and funnel optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Suggest and implement growth strategies based on campaign performance data.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads on Google, Facebook, and/or other major platforms.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Looker Studio).
  • Basic understanding of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
