Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Overseas Study
Location: Pune
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Overseas Study will be responsible for driving the growth of international student enrollment through partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and other stakeholders. The BDM will work to expand the company's presence in key overseas markets, identify new opportunities, and support students in their pursuit of education abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Strategy:
*Develop and implement strategies to identify and penetrate key international markets for student recruitment.
*Build strong, long-term relationships with overseas universities, colleges, and educational institutions to enhance program offerings and opportunities.
*Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor campaigns that promote overseas study programs.
Partnership Management:
*Establish and maintain partnerships with study-abroad agencies, schools, Colleges and universities.
*Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with international partners.
*Ensure compliance with relevant legal and educational regulations in target countries.
Lead Generation & Sales:
*Generate and convert leads into enrollment opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
*Host seminars, webinars, and informational sessions to attract potential students and parents.
*Achieve and exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for international students, providing guidance throughout the application and visa processes.
Resolve student and partner inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on emerging trends in the education sector, competitor offerings, and student preferences.
Monitor changes in student visa policies and international education regulations that may impact business operations.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including enrollment figures, partnership development, and sales performance.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Cross-cultural competency and experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with international stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Criteria:
Required Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience : 3-4 years in business development, education sales, or related fields, preferably in the overseas study industry.
Should have Exp. in B2C.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Shift: Day Shift.

Pay: ₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
