  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for plots/land projects.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct site visits with clients, explain project details, and close sales effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in plot or land sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of local property laws, documentation, and land registration processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling large-scale residential & NA land projects.
  • Established client network in the real estate industry.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹255, ₹450,000.00 per year
