Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Ather showroom in Bhandarkar Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive retail sales of Ather electric scooters and related products.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey – from lead generation to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan showroom events, test-ride campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of EV industry and passion for electric mobility will be an added advantage.
