Job Summary:The Sales Head is responsible for leading the sales department at Agrovision Green Energy Pvt Ltd .This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth,managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Head will work closely withsenior management to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy &Execution:o Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s business goalsand market demands.o Identify growth opportunities, potential markets, and target clients to drive salesperformance.o Lead the execution of sales plans, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.2. Team Leadership & Development:o Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team by providing coaching,guidance, and motivation.o Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and identify developmentopportunities for the team.o Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure they are fully equipped tosucceed.3. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:o Lead high-level negotiations with key clients to secure profitable contracts andpartnerships.o Ensure that sales proposals and contracts are aligned with company policies andlegal requirements.o Oversee the deal-closing process, ensuring the seamless transition from sales todelivery teams.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:o Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences,and competitor activity.o Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and maintain the company’scompetitive edge.o Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on clientneeds and market trends.8. Cross-Department Collaboration:o Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product development teamsto ensure alignment of sales initiatives.o Collaborate with the finance team to set pricing strategies and monitor profitability.o Ensure that all departments work together to deliver a seamless customerexperience.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An MBA oradvanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in aleadership role. Skills:o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
