Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 2 - 4 years

Educational Qualification : 15 Years of Full Time Education

Job Description:

MUST HAVE

  • Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification
  • There is a range of administration task within this role.
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails, chats and self service tickets from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
  • Troubleshooting IT related problems from software/applications to hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers and iPhones.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues operating system, network, email and shared resources like network shares, printers etc.
  • Installation of all applications and resetting passwords to all enterprise applications.
  • Log all customer contacts in CRM tool and take ownership of incidents.
  • Escalate unresolved calls to various application & infrastructure support teams
  • Participate in enterprise application release/maintenance activities
  • Closely monitor and meet ticket SLA targets
  • Experience with client facing engagements
  • Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
