We are hiring for Service Desk Engineer
Exp level: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Bangalore
Mode: Work from office 5 days a week
Rotational shift 24/7
Contract role 6 months
Preferred immediate to 15 days joiners only
JD:
It will be a contract positions for 6 months approximately to support the current volume of Office 365 migration and MS office upgradation related calls and tickets.
It is a rotational shift. But 70 % of the working hours will be US business hours
- Experience in supporting office 365, Exchange Online post migration support
- Excellent troubleshooting knowledge in MS office Outlook 2010,2013,2016 and 2019 versions
- Hands on experience in taking a backup of Outlook Calendar, Calendar categorize
- Knowledge of Outlook View settings, Importing existing folder structure
- Basic understanding of Active Directory Group, Password rest process
- Knowledge of configuring MS outlook for Mac users
- Experience In setting up emails in Mobile device having iOS, Outlook for Android, and Outlook for Mac
- Knowledge of export PST to local machine
- Experience in new outlook profile and common outlook Switches use for basic troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
