Job Responsibilities:
Responsible forgenerating sales for the entire product range
This rolewould have the following key objectives
o Ensure highdegree of engagement with distributors & retailers toensure
mindshare and sales for products
oIndentify and recommend distributors/retailers in allottedterritory
o Work closely with distributors and retailersin developing the retail segment
doing on the groundactivities roadshows promotions & other BTLactivities
to create a demand for Vista products in theterritory
o Support distributors and retailers fornonnamed project sales as required
Ensure channelpartner & customer satisfaction through timely resolutionof on field
issues
Build strong workingrelationships with decision makers and influencers (PMC
Architects Interior Designer Contractors etc) so that Vista is thepreferred
recommended brand for the clients with whichthey are associated. Ensure decision
makers andinfluencers are updated on the Vista product range through directand
indirect means
Have a well definedweekly/monthly journey plan and execute on itconsistently
Participate contribute and finalize SalesProjections for the distributors & retailers on
monthly quarterly and yearly basis with salesmanagement.
Provide detailed sales forecast &sales pipeline from the distributors in the allotted
region to be able to meet the projections agreed upon
Participate contribute and finalize qualitative KRAs and activitiesfor the allotted
region on monthly quarterly and yearlybasis with sales management. Deliver on the
qualitativemeasures
Keep a close watch on competition and reportback to sales management as needed
Any other task asassigned or defined in due course
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in BusinessMarketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the retailsegment with at least Territory
Manager (45) Years AgeBracket 25 30 Year Area Manager (810) years Age Bracket 2538.
Strong understanding of the retail industry marketdynamics and customer behavior.
Exceptional leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret sales data and developactionable strategies.
Experience in budget managementand financial analysis.
Ability to travel asrequired.
