  • Drive primary and secondary salesnumbers across categories within the area in coordination with teammembers. Achievement of ABP ensuring business growth &profitability.
  • Partner with distributors inthe area to ensure accomplishment of overall revenue profit targetsin the assigned region.
  • Plan and monitornetwork expansion Appointment & Activation.
  • Support identifies financially strong and reliabledistributors & dealers resulting in deeper market penetration& reach.
  • Discover sales opportunitiesthrough expanding reach.
  • Manage customerrelationships to maintain / increase the existing SOB (share ofbusiness).
  • Maintain effective relationshipswith key distributors / dealers in the territory driving their ROIthrough organizations schemes etc.
  • Ensuredistributors adherence to service levels.
  • Manage investment of distributors and take accountabilityfor creditworthiness of outlets and ensure adherence to creditterms.
  • Be the point of contact for solving alltrade related issues and escalating wherever needed.
  • Monitor marketoperating prices and any instance ofcrossterritory infiltration and appraise cluster head of anycritical information.
  • Drive cross selling ofproducts across customers.
  • Ensure effectivecollections and monitor credit levels for a distributor ensuringadherence to internal sales processes.
  • Observes competitor strategies within the assignedregion.
  • Identify retail universe in assignedterriory through Distributors/dealers.
  • Conductidentified brand and trade marketing interventions in theirareas.
  • Report all data through prescribedtools and technology within defined timeline.
  • Ensure compliance of company terms by the distributorsStock norms and market credit as per company policy.
  • Analysing latest marketing trends and trackingcompetitors activities and providing valuable inputs for finetuning of sales & marketing strategies
