RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within the US & European territorywith small and midmarket accounts Homecare companies/agencies(startups to industry leaders) that are a good fit for Netsmartzsoftware products.
- Identify qualify and engagewith target prospects within the defined territory.
- Identify and engage clevel decision makers within thetarget accounts to create new opportunities.
- Attending meetings and giving demonstrations of thesoftware with prospective clients and closing sales along withdeveloping territory plans to exceed assigned revenuetargets.
- Maintain accurate timely anddocumented forecasting procedures provide the required updates toexecutive management.
- Proactively creatingnew leads and nurturing and winning new logo prospects in theterritory and chosen channel partners; seek out new projects; crosssell and upsell opportunities for Netsmartz softwaresolutions/products.
- Curate relationships withregional resellers/partners and support them when necessary to helpgrow and develop future sales.
- Work togetherwith internal teams across the company in a professionalmanner.
- Identify and support marketing eventspartner events and community activities for the definedterritory.
- Effectively manage and strategizethe needs of the clients to ensure ROI and usage from customerperspective.
- Achieve growth and hit salestargets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
- Build and promote strong longlasting customerrelationships by partnering with them and understanding theirneeds.
- Experience and executing endtoendmarketing programs & ability to strategize develop execute andmeasure integrated marketing Campaigns events webinars conferencesand business conclaves etc.
- Hands on approachto execution and ability to play multiple roles across marketingcorporate strategy and sales that require analytical and creativeskills
