Role Overview – Own, Drive & Scale Global Enterprise Sales
As an
Enterprise Sales Director at Darwix AI , you will:
Own and drive the enterprise sales strategy
across
India, MENA, and the US.
Close large-scale, high-value enterprise SaaS deals
($250K - $1M ACV).
Expand Darwix AI's footprint into key industries, building high-impact relationships with CXOs.
Establish a high-performance sales playbook and drive execution at scale. This role is for
hunters, closers, and sales leaders
who can
build relationships with Fortune 500 clients, navigate complex deal cycles, and drive exponential revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities – Win, Expand, & Scale Enterprise Sales
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
Own and execute the revenue strategy
for enterprise AI SaaS solutions in
India, MENA, and the US. Aggressively drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth , consistently exceeding targets. Manage and optimize a full-cycle enterprise sales pipeline , from prospecting to deal closure. Lead high-value sales cycles , closing
$500K+ annual contract value (ACV) deals. Global Expansion & GTM Strategy
Develop and execute GTM strategies
for high-growth enterprise adoption in
key regions (US, MENA, India). Identify high-value verticals
and tailor sales strategies to drive AI adoption in
target markets. Build and scale
strategic partnerships, reseller programs, and alliances
to accelerate growth. Enterprise Relationship Management & CXO Engagement
Engage directly with Fortune 500 decision-makers,
including
CEOs, CROs, and Sales Leaders. Become a trusted advisor
by understanding
enterprise sales challenges and delivering AI-powered solutions. Own and nurture long-term relationships , ensuring
expansion and renewal of high-value contracts. Sales Team Leadership & Execution Culture
Hire, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing enterprise sales professionals. Build a
fast-moving, execution-focused sales culture
where
accountability and performance drive results. Implement sales methodologies
(MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) to optimize conversion rates. Revenue Operations & Deal Strategy
Own the sales P&L , ensuring
accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making. Work cross-functionally with
marketing, product, and finance teams
to align pricing, deals, and GTM motions. Track and optimize sales performance metrics,
continuously iterating to improve win rates. AI & Product-Led Selling
Develop deep product expertise in
AI-driven sales enablement solutions. Provide real-time feedback to
product and AI teams
to enhance features and competitive positioning. Stay ahead of
market trends, competitor insights, and AI advancements
to maintain a strategic edge.

CXOs at Fortune 500 companies. You know how to build a $10M+ revenue pipeline and convert it into real deals. Startup Hustlers & Execution-Obsessed Leaders
You thrive in a high-speed, high-pressure sales environment. You are comfortable driving multi-million-dollar growth in a fast-growing startup.
Qualifications – If You Don't Meet These, Work Harder
8-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record of selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions
in
US, MENA, and India. Experience in closing large ACV ($500K+) deals
and leading high-impact sales cycles. Strong network of C-suite and senior decision-makers
in enterprise businesses. Ability to travel extensively
across India, MENA, and US to close high-value deals.
