About the Role:

We seek a results-driven Commercial Sales Director to lead and drive B2B sales in the dynamic real estate and technology sector.

This role involves identifying and engaging high-value business clients, driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, and building a team of key account managers and field sales executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and tech-driven property solutions, coupled with leadership skills to build and scale a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the real estate-tech industry.
  • Identify and acquire potential clients, including stores, restaurants, malls, developers, brokers, property owners, and enterprises.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, facility managers, asset managers, and property consultants).
  • Drive enterprise sales for Prop Tech solutions such as parking solutions, marketing solutions, CRMs, tenant engagement, leasing solutions, etc.

Solution Selling & Client Relationship Management:
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology-enabled real estate solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and business models based on client needs and market trends.
  • Negotiate complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain sales data, track performance metrics, and generate revenue reports.
  • Presentation regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends in commercial real estate, coworking, SaaS for property management, and smart building technologies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to refine the company's value proposition.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous product enhancement.
