Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Director of Sales focusing on India Government and PSU sector at TechBridge Consultancy Services. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing relationships with key stakeholders in government and PSUs, driving revenue growth, and expanding the client base. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs, preparing and delivering presentations, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
- Strong understanding of Government and PSU Procurement Processes
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Experience in Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring and Cyber Security Solutions.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years experience in oem sales, preferably in the technology sector
- Experience with CRM software and sales metrics tracking
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
