Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join Innovest, a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and excellence. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to meet business objectives
- Leading a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build trust and drive sales
- Analyzing market trends, dynamics, and buyer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
You will need to have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and its dynamics, as well as outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
