Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Solar and Grid-Tie Inverters.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance improvement.
  • Establish sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the solar, inverter, or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to excel in a fast-paced environment.
