Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales and presales team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the telco sector.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are tailored to the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in hardcore sales within the telecommunications sector, particularly in software solutions.
  • Strong Relationships: Strong existing relationships with key players in telco companies, specifically with Tech Mahindra, Comviva, or similar organizations.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
