Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Coimbatore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations in the assigned region. Duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and preparing regular sales reports.
Qualification
- Experience in sales operations and strategy development
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the home safety or door industry is a plus
