Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee sales operations within a defined geographic area. The RSM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, achieving regional sales targets, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and/or sales representatives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective customer engagement.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management for the region.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings to support the sales team and maintain client relationships.
- Manage channel partners and distributors (if applicable) to optimize regional performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical practices.
