Location: Coimbatore / Kerala / - On field / Full time. University /Institutions /college experience Must require.

Work Location: Multiple regional hubs (PAN India) — field role with frequent travel

Reports to: Deputy Director (Admissions) / Head of Admissions

LinkedIn. Drive admissions and outreach for assigned Indian regions. Build school/college pipelines, manage counselors and tele-calling teams, and meet regional intake targets. Univ/college experience required.

Role summary:

Responsible for target attainment in assigned regions through on-ground outreach (school visits, fairs), channel management (counselors/agents), and digital+tele follow-up coordination.

Key responsibilities

Own regional intake targets and create an outreach calendar (school drives, fairs, webinars).

Recruit and manage regional admissions staff and partners.

Execute joint campaigns with marketing (lead events, webinars) and ensure handover to admissions ops.

Develop regional relationships with feeder schools, coaching centers, and career counselors.

Run regular field performance reviews; optimize lead-to-enrolment funnel.

Required qualifications & experience

Bachelor/Master's degree.

4–8 years in admissions/outreach for higher education with proven PAN-India field experience.

Strong network in schools/coaching & regional education ecosystem.

Core competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, travel willingness, team management, event planning.

KPIs

Regional seat-fill: Achieve ≥ 75% of region's target each quarter.

Lead generation: Generate ≥ 75 qualified leads/month from field activities.

Event effectiveness: Conversion per event ≥ 10% (applications / leads from events).

Partner productivity: Average enrollments per partner ≥ 8% per quarter.

Response SLA: Ensure follow-up on leads within 24 hours; maintain lead contact attempts ≥ 6 touches.
