Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets.

  • Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer information to discover opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Implement innovative tactics and sales processes to drive growth and market penetration.

  • Team Management & Training:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Set sales quotas and monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality representation of the brand or products.

  • Client & Partner Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and clients.

  • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners and retailers to support sales initiatives.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to management.
  • Manage the budget for the territory and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Strong sales and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, CRM systems, and market analysis.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
