Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets.
- Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer information to discover opportunities and refine strategies.
Implement innovative tactics and sales processes to drive growth and market penetration.
Team Management & Training:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Set sales quotas and monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality representation of the brand or products.
Client & Partner Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and clients.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage relationships with distribution partners and retailers to support sales initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to management.
- Manage the budget for the territory and ensure efficient use of resources.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales and management skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience with sales forecasting, CRM systems, and market analysis.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred candidate profile : The candidate should handle Coimbatore area and Fluent in Tamil and English language is compulsory
