Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
- Match candidates to job requirements and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
- Calling and Candidate Engagement:
- Reach out to candidates via phone or email to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability.
- Provide timely updates to candidates about their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview feedback promptly and follow up with stakeholders to close positions efficiently.
- Hiring Drive Coordination:
- Plan and execute weekend hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and In-campus/off-campus recruitment events.
- Ensure smooth coordination and effective communication during recruitment campaigns.
- Maintaining Recruitment Tracker:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the recruitment tracker.
- Generate reports on hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and key recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver results.
- Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed to support the overall recruitment function.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 months of experience in recruitment are welcome.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude with a clear thought process.
- Career-oriented and self-motivated with a learning mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word etc.
