Please note that this role is based in our Gurgaon office 2-3 days per week
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide recruitment excellence through comprehensive briefings and shortlisting.
- Partnering with Business Unit and Functional HR Leads to meet their talent acquisition needs individually, rather than as ‘a one size fits all’ approach.
- Planning and execution of recruitment campaigns to target the best and relevant talent in the market.
- Advising on the assessment selection for each campaign, including interview questions, case studies and psychometric testing.
- Building strong external and internal talent pools for the relevant Business Units and Functions
- Support hiring manager recruitment capability with training and engagement as required.
- Support the business with Early Careers programs, partnering and forming relationships with universities, colleges, and apprenticeships.
- Creating talent insights reporting including talent mapping and pooling
- Provide regular reporting and insights data relating to KPIs and metrics, both financial and non-financial
- Champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Providing training and understanding on diverse shortlists.
- Direct Sourcing in advance of vacancies
- Workforce planning for future roles
- Considering how we market roles across the Business Unit via jobs pages on LinkedIn
- Advising on assessment processes and best practice with hiring managers
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in in house Talent Acquisition in a FMCG Business
- Experience of recruiting technology and transformation vacancies
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Influencing experience, with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
