Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, headhunting, and screening executive-level candidates who align with our organization's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Headhunting:
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional
networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and attract executive-level talent.
Proactively engage in headhunting activities to identify and approach potential
candidates within our industry.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of high-caliber executive candidates.
2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate their qualifications, experience,
and alignment with our company culture and values.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
3. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide timely updates on candidate progress.
4. Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the hiring team. Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the
recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 Yrs) in executive-level talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and
headhunting. - Strong understanding of executive recruitment processes and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
