Talent Acquisition Partner, Isc

Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business units and functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring (Across Levels)
- Seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HR Business Partner
- Employer branding, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, Young Generation related program, work with global Employer Branding function to promote Haleon branding.
- Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Identifies and proposes simple changes to local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bring in new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and strategies. Manage assigned Projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
