**About the role**: The role includes - sourcing by using different job portals, screening & closing the requirement within time.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determining appropriate selection criteria
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Designing interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist
- College degree
**- Language known Kannada**
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional network
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
