**About the role**:
We're looking for a** Talent Acquisition Associate** to help our HR team in sourcing good-fit profiles that could be further taken into the interview process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Brainstorm and find other sources to get good people from.
- Performing targeted profile searches and reach outs via any relevant sources (For example LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo)
- Evaluate the profile for initial fitment.
- Work closely with the hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Schedule interviews with the department managers
**Requirements and skills**:
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Hunter/Recruiter
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Experience in end-to-end hiring process
- Bulk hiring experience
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars
**Soft requirements**:
- Willing to work in a Startup culture
- Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
- Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
- Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Work days**: 5 days a week
