Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices, particularly in the SAP sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
