**Job Description**:
Key Skills:
- Comfortable making calls and talking to new people/ customers
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Eager to expand company with new sales
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling/answering Phone and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking question to customer and understanding their requirements
- Work experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Sales Department
