- ** Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to support recruitment strategies.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team such as interview scheduling, ME.Careers mailbox clean up, preparing recruitment materials and organizing recruitment events for the campuses in India.
- **Pre-Onboarding Assistance**: Support the Pre-onboarding process for new hires.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Genuine interest in management consulting and talent acquisition.

**NOTE- This is a contractual role for a year, to be converted to full time based on performance.
