- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Genuine interest in management consulting and talent acquisition.
**NOTE- This is a contractual role for a year, to be converted to full time based on performance.
