**Role Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, including **tech, media, marketing, and operations**. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to begin their career in HR or recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the real-world hiring process within the **tech and advertising** ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in understanding hiring requirements and role briefs from different departments
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels
- Support employer branding initiatives like social media hiring posts, content, and recruitment drives
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic sourcing strategies (training will be provided)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
