**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Associate** to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions within the NBFC, ensuring timely hiring of the right talent to meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles across the NBFC.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment insights.
- **Employer Branding**: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the financial services talent market.
- **Compliance**: Ensure hiring practices are aligned with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- **Data & Reporting**: Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness), and present hiring reports to management.
- **Onboarding Support**: Coordinate with HR operations to ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
