Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Department: Recruitment

Duration: [6 months]

Job Description: DevLabs Technology are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. As a TA Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help us identify top talent for our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Completed a bachelor’s(B.Tech) or master’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship or experience in IT recruitment or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) is an advantage.
