**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive

**Department**: Human Resources

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Workforce Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's short-term and long-term staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.

**Offer Management**: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

**Employer Branding**: Promote the company's employer brand through various means, including social media, career fairs, and networking events, to attract top talent.

**Data Analysis**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

**Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal requirements.

**Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors.

**Team Leadership**: If applicable, lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support in their roles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar senior recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
