Partnership and growth Executive role is pivotal in driving business growth and fostering strategic relationships for the agency. The individual in this position is responsible for identifying market trends, cultivating partnerships, and managing alliances to expand the agency's reach and services



  • Identify Market and Industry Trends: Monitor market and industry trends to identify new business development opportunities for the agency.
  • Business Development: Seek out and cultivate business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) opportunities with potential partners to expand the agency's reach and services.
  • Event Organization and Management: Plan, organize, and execute events to foster partnership development, networking, and community building efforts.
  • Partner Acquisition: Proactively bring in new partners including companies, influencers, and media personalities to enhance the agency's portfolio and capabilities.
  • Lead Generation: Acquire viable leads and referrals for potential partnerships through networking and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Partnership Management: Manage partnerships from development to launch and ongoing management, ensuring alignment with key business metrics and objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives with both internal and external teams to drive partnership success and innovation.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports to track partnership performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


Requirements and skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in progressive business development, corporate sales, or related roles within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing partnerships, working with influencers or celebrities, and executing partnership deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills to assess partnership opportunities and performance effectively.
