Role Overview:
Giakaa Capital is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team immediately. This role is crucial for developing strategic partnerships that enhance our reach and impact within the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder with a deep understanding of the tech and venture capital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market penetration.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential partners, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership goals with business strategy.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Organize and attend industry events to represent Giakaa Capital and build relationships with potential partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development or business development, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
