The Opportunity: Business Development and Partnerships Manager

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:
  • Lead Generation Leadership : Master the art of the cold outreach. Execute high-impact outbound campaigns, analyze data, create compelling copy, and secure meetings that lead to conversions.
  • Dynamic Deal Closing : Work seamlessly with our lead gen partners to present demos and close deals, ensuring each lead turns into a lucrative partnership.
  • Persistent Follow-Ups : Keep the momentum going with timely follow-ups that turn maybe's into definitely's.
  • Digital Community Engagement : Be a prominent presence in online sales communities. Engage, share insights, and contribute value with the aim to drive traffic and interest back to Smartlead.
  • Social Media Strategy and Execution: Utilize social platforms to enhance visibility and engagement. Regular posting and social selling should be second nature, aiming to build top-of-the-funnel interest and draw audiences to our solutions.
  • Strategic Partnership Development : Scout the market to identify and engage potential partners. Forge relationships with companies for cross-promotional opportunities and shared customer bases.
  • Influencer Collaboration : Tap into online communities and influencers, sharing the vision of Smartlead and the mutual benefits of partnership.
  • Content Creation : Produce engaging and informative content on platforms like YouTube, focusing on sales techniques and the power of cold emailing.


What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Cold Emailing Expertise : Experience in cold emailing and lead generation isn’t just preferred; it’s required.
  • Demonstrated Sales Success : You've run demos and closed multi 5-6 figure deals annually.
  • Social Media Pro: You're not just active on social media; you're proficient in using it to create engaging content and build audience rapport.
  • SaaS Sales Experience : Your background includes successful SaaS software sales.
  • Partnership Proven Track Record: You’ve previously built commercial partnerships that propelled business growth.
  • Sales Funnel Savvy : Managing sales funnels from end-to-end? That’s your expertise.
  • Fluency in English: Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, is crucial.
