Job Title: Data Analyst

Company: Digitise My Business

Location: Remote

Compensation: 5LPA - 9LPA

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
  • Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for tracking business performance.
  • Design and implement data collection systems and processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and algorithms to uncover patterns and trends in data.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support business decision-making.
  • Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
