Role Overview
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the operational and strategic growth of Askknatural. This role requires someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of taking ownership of various aspects of the business, ensuring its seamless functioning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and business expansion.
• Drive innovation in services, processes, and client experiences.
2. Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with teams (nutritionists, trainers, and customer support) to optimize workflows.
3. Performance Tracking
• Monitor business metrics and KPIs, preparing detailed reports for management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
4. Team Leadership
• Motivate and mentor team members to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
5. Marketing and Client Acquisition
• Coordinate with marketing teams to design campaigns and strategies for client acquisition.
• Explore new opportunities for market penetration and brand visibility.
6. Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and revenue models.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in managing operations, scaling businesses, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in analyzing business metrics and creating strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the health, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus.
