Role Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Health Sales Specialist to manage corporate health sales, drive business development, conduct negotiations, and deliver sustained sales growth. - The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently towards aggressive targets.Key Responsibilities / KRAs:- Develop and manage a robust corporate health sales pipeline.- Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities in the health solutions space.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.- Present customized corporate health solutions that meet client needs.- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports.- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.- Provide timely reports and insights to management on market and sales performance.Key Skillsets Required:- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, and negotiation.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Good understanding of corporate health solutions or healthcare industry.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Knowledge of the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
