Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HSEQ Executive/Officer
to oversee and enforce the company's health, safety, environmental, and quality protocols. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance across kitchen sites, event setups, vendor processes, and internal operations, ensuring safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Health & Safety:

  • Conduct site inspections across pantry setups, kitchens, and event locations.
  • Monitor hygiene practices of food handlers and housekeeping staff.
  • Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) policies.
  • Train teams on basic workplace safety and emergency procedures.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure vendors follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
  • Conduct random quality checks across supplies and services.
  • Work with supply chain and kitchen managers to ensure consistency in product and service quality.

Environmental Compliance:

  • Ensure waste segregation and disposal practices are followed.
  • Promote sustainable practices in packaging, energy, and resource use.
  • Conduct audits related to environmental safety in workplace and kitchen areas.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain compliance documentation and audit reports.
  • Report non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing HSEQ policies and updates based on operational changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Food Technology, Environmental Science, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (F&B, Hospitality, Manufacturing preferred).
  • Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, and basic OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong communication and inspection/audit reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel to kitchen sites and event venues as needed.
