Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSEQ Associate located in Bengaluru. The HSEQ Associate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, environment, and quality compliance within corporate refreshment and engagement programs. Daily tasks will include conducting audits, reviewing operational protocols, training staff on safety standards, and supporting the development of quality management systems. The role also involves continuous monitoring and improvement of safety and quality processes to align with corporate policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and practices
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring
- Skills in training development and delivery to promote safety and quality standards
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and propose corrective actions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Prior experience in hospitality, corporate workplace services, or related fields is preferred
- Relevant certifications in HSEQ management or related disciplines are advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field
