A fast-growing D2C company in the farm-to-table space is looking for a Head of Growth & Product. We use technology to deliver high-quality, fresh dairy products directly to our customers. As we scale, we need a strategic leader to own all our growth efforts, from acquiring new users to keeping them engaged.What you'll do:- Develop and execute the entire growth strategy, using data to make decisions about user acquisition and retention across all channels.- Dig into consumer behavior to map out and improve the customer journey, from first-time visit to long-term loyalty.- Work closely with the product team to drive growth through new features, experiments, and a better user experience.- Build and lead a small, high-performing team focused on acquisition, engagement, and analytics.- Use technology, automation, and A/B testing to find efficient ways to grow our user base.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on goals and create a seamless customer experience.- Constantly track performance, focusing on key metrics like CAC, LTV, and churn, and use that data to refine your approach.Who you are:- You have 7+ years of experience in a growth, digital marketing, or product role, ideally at a tech or D2C company.- You have a strong grasp of digital growth channels, both paid and organic.- You know how to build and optimize a consumer funnel and are comfortable using data to find opportunities for improvement.- You have a product-led mindset and experience working with engineering teams to build growth-focused features.- You've hired, managed, and mentored teams before.- You can think strategically about the big picture but are also happy to get into the details to get things done.- You're a great communicator who can work well with different teams and leaders.What we offer:- A competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- A key leadership role where you'll have a major impact on the company's trajectory.- The opportunity to build a growth team from scratch.- A chance to work with a passionate team that's making fresh food more accessible.- A fast-paced and collaborative environment.
