It is a space for everyone to exchange ideas, share their thoughts & struggles to accelerate their growth **Key Responsibilities**: - Create visually compelling designs across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.) - Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual strategies - Design and animate video content using **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**: - Produce high-quality static and motion graphics for various projects, including web, advertising, and social media content - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our content is fresh, innovative, and relevant **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) - Advanced experience in **Figma** for UI/UX design and collaboration - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition - Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction while also contributing original ideas - A strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills - Passion for creativity and a hunger to continuously learn and evolve in the field of design **Preferred Qualifications**: - 1-2 years of working experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Knowledge of web design and development principles - A passion for startups and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation (a plus) - Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a rapidly growing startup with a passionate team. - Make a real impact and see your work come to life. - Opportunity for growth and advancement. - A fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Chance to innovate and be a part of building something amazing. **To apply**, please send your resume and a cover letter to: - **Employment Type-Full-time** Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/04/2025
