**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling designs across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual strategies
- Design and animate video content using **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**:

- Produce high-quality static and motion graphics for various projects, including web, advertising, and social media content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our content is fresh, innovative, and relevant

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Advanced experience in **Figma** for UI/UX design and collaboration
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction while also contributing original ideas
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills
- Passion for creativity and a hunger to continuously learn and evolve in the field of design

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of working experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of web design and development principles
- A passion for startups and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation (a plus)
- Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising
