Compensation: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a highly talented and versatile WordPress & Creative Designer who is

equally passionate about web development and visual design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for

building and maintaining our company website while also leading the creation of compelling graphics

and short-form video content for our marketing campaigns.

the web.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a high-performing, visually engaging website using WordPress

(Elementor or WPBakery).
- Set up WooCommerce functionality including payment gateways like PayPal and real-time
- Create pixel-perfect UI/UX enhancements through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed.
- Develop stunning graphics and brand visuals for social media, digital ads, presentations, and

internal marketing needs.
- Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives that align with our brand identity and

messaging.
- Edit short-form videos (reels, promos, etc.) for social media and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into visually compelling

experiences.

**Required Skills**:
Web Development
- Expert-level proficiency in WordPress and major page builders (Elementor/WPBakery).
- Strong experience with WooCommerce and plugin configuration.
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customizations.
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and basic SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and performance optimization.

Graphic Design
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Proven ability to design creatives that are both aesthetically appealing and high-converting.
- Experience designing for multiple digital formats — from social posts to banner ads to pitch

decks.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.

Video Editing
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Ability to craft visually appealing short-form videos with smooth transitions, effects, and

motion graphics.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in web design, graphic design, and video editing.
- A diverse portfolio that showcases high-quality website projects and creative design work.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Based in Gurugram or open to relocating.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
